Refund and Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can request a return form from customer service. Always mention your order number! You can do this by sending an email to the following email address: support@brooks-knitwear.com.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all matching parts and components and the packaging arrived exactly as the product.
2. Normal handling of the product is self-evident, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. products where hygiene is important are thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikini, lingerie, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
4. the product turns out to be defective immediately after receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for the costs of return shipment. 6. Brooks Knitwear is not responsible for the costs of return shipping.
6. A return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
7. If a product has defects, this must be proven with a photo.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the returns procedure.
Send an email to: support@brooks-knitwear.com.
Make sure the email contains the following:
1. Order number
2. Reason for the return request
3. Photo of the product in case of breakage
4. First name + last name of the customer
5. Customer's address
We will then contact you and give you the return address.
Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you ask us. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs.
CANCELLATION
The consumer has a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:
Cancellation conditions

You may cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will be processed for dispatch and cancellation is no longer possible. This short window allows us to prepare and ship your items as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel within the 1 hour period, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number.

Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery. A refund is only possible after receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Brooks Knitwear) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g., by email). The cancellation is complete when we have received the goods.
Note for shipments in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer shipping times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You can, of course, inform us in advance of your cancellation.
To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs (except for the additional costs that result from choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract and receipt of the goods. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
